I called on Monday for a quote on my Jeep Cherokee and to check if they accept walk-ins. They told me if I came in at 1:00 p.m., I’d be done by 2:15 p.m. I confirmed I’d be there. When I arrived, I immediately understood why Stuart’s has such a strong 4.7-star rating. The shop was spotless—clean, organized, bright, and seriously impressive. Stuart was straightforward, respectful, and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. True to their word, I was out the door by 2:00 p.m. I thanked him and shook his hand on the way out. Big thanks also to the other guy who helped (didn’t catch his name). Highly recommend Stuart’s. These guys are professional, efficient, and clearly care about doing things right. Definitely going back if I need anything else!

Wish you had the option to leave ZERO stars! **Disappointing Experience with Stuart’s Window Tinting** I recently took my car to Stuart’s Window Tinting in Hampton, VA, and I’m extremely disappointed with their service. Less than a day after purchasing my vehicle, I sought out for a window tinting company. Mr. Stuart’s company came highly recommended. However, less than 2 hours after getting my windows tinted, I noticed significant damage to my car that clearly resulted from their work. Whatever machine they used literally burnt my car, and unfortunately, I didn’t notice until after I left the premises. When I attempted to contact them, my calls went unanswered. I even went back to the location to address the issue in person, but all I got from Mr. Stuart and his employee were lies and denials. It’s disheartening to see a business operate with such a lack of integrity. I had high hopes for supporting a local black-owned business, was prepared to rant and rave about them as I do all other businesses that provide top notch service but this experience has left me wary. It’s frustrating to see a business, owned and operated by someone that looks like me failing to uphold basic stan

I’m so happy with my tint on my Mustang! I got 5% all around and the application is FLAWLESS! They both did amazing! You know it’s nice tint when you can see perfectly fine while driving and it’s not super dark on the inside but black on the outside! Absolutely love it! Thank you! We paid $230. Oh and if you’re worried about dog hair like my car, don’t worry about it, not one piece of dog hair was stuck on the tint! Thank you so much!!

Went on a busy Saturday, they got my windows done in about an hour like they said they would. It was a great deal so drove down from Richmond, definitely worth the trip. Super satisfied with the results. No bubbling, peeling, or scratches. I’ll definitely be back if I want to go darker.
